DOUBLE-USE ROOMS TO THAW AND CONSERVE MEAT


Our plants for meat thawing work with water saturated air, the room temperature is controlled. Electronic probes control the temperature of the surface and inside the meat, in order to reduce the bacterical load. Fast defrosting, reduced shrinkage, minor loss of proteins are the benefits of this technology. You can use the plant as a normal cooler. The changing between thawing and conserving is automatic.

The refrigerating power and the thermic exchange surface are generously dimensioned, our refrigerating rooms are projected for good working and low mainteinance cost. The wide thermic exchange surface can guarantee a minor loss of weight and your product will "look good"
